WHEN CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Anytime. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, everyday
of the year. If you are using our online system it must be 48
hours before the scheduled pick up time.
HOW DO YOU KNOW MY FLIGHT IS IN?
We use 2 separate flight tracking systems to know you have landed.
If the flight is delayed, early or canceled we know about it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH BOSTON CAR SERVICE?
You can go to the Custom Service section of our web site and click
on Charge Account Application. You could also make a request over
the telephone by calling (888) 548-3790.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR SERVICE?
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover,
Cash or your own Boston Car Service charge.
